Week 9

This article talks about cyber-attacks. And not just ones from our own computers. This article goes into the cyber-wars and cyber-attacks between different governments and anything that can be a threat to them. For example, the US is trying to gain access into ISIS computer system. They also mention a power outage in Ukraine only ti think that it Russia was the cause of it because they were trying to hack into their system. This article has me thinking and wounder if this will create bigger issues and possibly be a cause of another war or a way to prevent one...
